Sometimes there comes a circumstance of a card being re-traded. For example, Person1 sees Person2's collection and REALLY wants a certain card they saw. Person1 did not draw this card, however. So, Person2 decides they want to trade that card to Person1 for something else.

Yes means it's ok to retrade.
No means do not retrade. Send back to artist if you want a new card.
