Tis the season

This time of year is awesome! I love seeing all the lights and decorations!

Do you guys have anything special going on?

I am actually working and have News Years weekend off. I will try to get out and look at Christmas Lights though at some point, and our town does Christmas Carols in the park but they always seem to be on my weekend to work.

Aw man, that is both awesome and sucks. I hope you get some time to see them.

These are Regent Street, London, years ago I used to work there for a number of years. These lights are very popular and they have different designs and themes each year. It has been years since I was last there. (Photos are taken recently by my son).

I love to see the lights at Christmas time, well if they are done well. I live in redneck country and sometimes the displays leave a bit to be desired. LOL. Our town does have a park that they have light displays in and it is quite lovely. As part of our duties in the Clerks' Office the Clerk signs us up to take donations at the entrance each year. Our evening always seems to be cold and rainy/snowy.
